Laura Stroud is Professor of Public Health and Education Innovation and the Director of Student Education for the School of Medicine at the University of Leeds. She is a Member of the Faculty of Public Health by Distinction and acts as an Educational Supervisor for Specialist Registrars in Public Health for the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery, who awarded her Academic Supervisor of the Year in 2013.
Laura has a long-standing and keen interest in education and is currently Head of Student Education in Primary Care and Public Health and Academic Lead for the Research Evaluation and Special Studies vertical strand of the MB ChB undergraduate curriculum.
Laura is the academic and operational lead for the Leeds Institute for Quality Healthcare.
Hayley realised her passion for data analysis during her PhD where she researched Nuclear Magnetic Resonance with Statistical Modelling Techniques for Earlier Prediction of Kidney Transplant rejection. She has since worked as policy analyst for the Department of Work and Pensions. Hayley finds LIQH’s approach to data very exciting and enjoys working to a shared purpose with colleagues across the Leeds health system. Hayley supports the LIQH project teams on the Professional Leadership and Change Programmes.
Martin is an experienced and skilled data analyst with over 12 years undertaking in depth analysis on national and local health and financial data. Martin supports the LIQH project teams on the Professional Leadership and Change Programmes.
